Our approach

Our holistic approach to health and fitness encourages members of all ages, abilities and experience to improve their fitness and well-being. 

 At BASI Pilates Barcelona we understand that each and every body is different. We created a boutique pilates studio to provide personalized care and hands on adjustments to help you to connect with your body and progress faster. 

We understand how proper form applies to everything we do throughout our day and how small changes in how we sit, stand, or walk can improve health and happiness.  Our goal is to teach understanding, not just exercises.
