Studio policies

Our policies ensure that everyone’s BASI Pilates Barcelona experience is as effective, relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Please take the time to read the following information and if you have any questions, please get in touch with us.

24 hours cancellation policy

All shoes must be removed before entering the studio area.
We require non-slip socks at all times while in the studio.


Payment due at time of service

For all sessions, payment is either due at the time of the appointment or in advance of your appointment time.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds on our packages. Refunds may be considered due to extenuating circumstances and will be assessed on case-by-case basis.


Late arrivals

The instructor reserves the right to refuse entry into the class. For scheduling purposes the class will finish at the allotted time.


Packages are non-transferable

Packages cannot be passed on to another person under any circumstance.


All packages have an expiration date

Packages cannot be used after the expiration date and we do not accept bookings from expired packages. A new package will need to be purchased in order to continue booking classes.

  • 10 session packs (for people who wish to come 2 x week) expire 8 weeks from date of purchase

  • 5 session packs (for people who wish to come 1 x week) expire 8 weeks from date of purchase

If you are planning a holiday or need to extend your sessions pack due to extenuating circumstances, please get in touch with Karol to discuss moving the expiration date of your pack for the duration of your absence.


Drugs/ alcohol usage

The instructor also has the right to refuse to take you for your class if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or if your behavior is disruptive to the class.


Fragrance free-zone

Please refrain from using perfume or strongly-scented lotions as some individuals have allergies to these products and the oils can stain the equipment.


Mobile phones

To help us to maintain a focused and peaceful environment, please silence your phone before entering the studio. If you need to make a call, please step outside the studio so that you do not disturb sessions in progress.
